No it is not Ashton Kutcher, it is fashion, punk is back baby and it is huge this winter.
I think a bit of punk on everyone, makes anyone seem bad ass/naughty.

Try some nice leather shoes with studs or spikes. Doesn't have to be Black, even neutrals are awesome.
